Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with products on this website,
for any goods to be returned (unless faulty) the following terms have to be met:

The goods must be unused.

The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

The goods must be received back within 30 days from the day of delivery.

Lingerie and items of clothing must be returned unworn and still in their original packaging.

You must notify us of any discrepancies or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to reject return of the goods.
If the product you are returning is faulty, you can return it. If it used, it MUST be thoroughly cleaned before returning it.
Before returning a product, you must tell us using the website Contact Form.
Include the following information:

Item number or name and variation (e.g. colour or size)

Is this an exchange or a return?

Reason? (e.g. wrong size ordered/received, damaged in shipping, defective, etc)
